Sewage treatment plants for individual houses and small offices
EcoSBRneo treatment systems offer a very effective solution for treating sewage. The treated water can serve a variety of purposes, including reuse, safe discharge into the environment, and even groundwater recharge, promoting environmental sustainability. Furthermore, the system uses the capability to adapt its operations in response to fluctuations in the incoming wastewater load, resulting in substantial cost savings in terms of operation and maintenance.
EcoSBRneo sewage treatment plants are designed for a long operational lifespan without the need for replacement parts for many years. Each EcoSBRneo treatment system incorporates process automation, control systems, and alarms that ensure timely notifications regarding service and maintenance requirements.
Clear Water Removal + Filling
Treated water from the SBR reactor is removed using airlift pumps. At the same time, accumulated sewage in the collection flows into the reactor through the opening provided between the collection tank and the SBR reactor.
Aeration
Fine bubble intermittent aeration supplies air creating the right conditions for activated sludge to consume the pollutants and thus treating the wastewater.
Sedimentation
In this treatment phase, aeration is stopped, and the heavy sludge particles settle to the bottom of the SBR reactor. This results in a clear water zone appearing on the top of the water layer. This clear treated water is ready to be removed.

- Fully automatic operation
- Low-footprint
- No replaceable pumps or moving parts in wastewater
- One air compressor does the work of aeration, sludge recycling and clear water removal
- Easy to operate and maintain controller and machine cabinet
- Very low power consumption
- EcoSave mode saves power during periods of low inflow, holidays, or vacations
